Using Resilience Tools in your business

Resilience Tools have been designed to compliment a variety of different learning and coaching environments.  Some of the most effective are detailed below.

Incorporate resilience into an existing leadership or management development programme

Embedding the theme of resilience into an existing programme ensures that all learners will enhance their understanding of what it means to lead teams in a changing global landscape. Additionally, it can provides a clear means of measuring impact and progress over the course of the programme.

Use as a standalone tool within a group session for developing resilience within individuals/teams

Working with a group purely on the basis of increasing their awareness of the Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE) and exploring their own strengths and development areas has proven to have significant value.  RLE offers a balanced approach to personal development that enables learners to identify strengths and how to maximise these, as well as where to focus future growth.

Use in one-to-one coaching

Using the Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE), one to one coaching has a clear framework and measurement.  Individuals can take responsibility for their own development outside of one to one sessions, maximising their development curve and the benefit of coaching.

Resilient Leadership and Management Apprenticeships

Through Resilience Tools, and our partner organisation JRV Associates, it is now possible to provide free leadership and development programmes to businesses within the UK through the Apprentice Levy.
