How to become accredited as a Resilience Consultant

What you need to know

  • 5 month accreditation programme

  • 4 virtual modules supported by weekly video coaching

  • Each course is capped at 12 participants to ensure you have focused learning experience

  • Buddy coaching to support your individual development

  • Access to the Resilience Tools team and Lead Resilience Consultants throughout

The cost

The accreditation process costs: £1,200

This includes all training modules and materials and full access to your own Resilient Leaders Development Programme for one year (retail value £80 per month). 

The process

Accreditation comprises of 4 modules run over 5 months.

You will:

  • Work closely with one other participant

  • Attend a weekly group meeting via our web-based platform

  • In between meetings you carry out manageable tasks - such as completing your own development challenges, road testing the Resilient Leaders Development Programme on a pilot group, create a portfolio of material to launch and run your own programmes

  • By the end of the process you are able to demonstrate your confidence in, and competence with, the Resilient Leaders Elements and the Resilient Leaders Development Programme
