As a Resilience Consultant, you can demonstrate return on investment, turbo-charge progress, break stubborn habits that hinder effectiveness, transform groups into high performing teams and build resilient leadership in the people with whom you work.



Use the Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE) to make your interventions more effective:

  • You will become competent and confident in the use of the RLE, a comprehensive model of leadership, which is practically based and universally applicable

  • It underpins and gives credibility to your work

  • You have access to Resilience Tools branding and materials (you may co-brand any of these materials should you want to)

Become a Resilience Consultant

As a Resilience Consultant you will support:


  • Leadership development professionals - with responsibility for 1-1 coaching, group facilitation and / or organisational development

  • Business or project team leaders - getting the best from the people and organisations for whom they have a responsibility

  • Trainers - who want to build longevity into their short-term interactions with groups

  • Educators - responsible for leading groups of teachers and / or pupils

  • Researchers - responsible for leading teams and research projects

  • Creative thinkers - helping organisations to see the world differently

How to become accredited

Accreditation is achieved through a five-month certificated programme which enables you to:


  • Become competent and confident in the use of the Resilient Leaders Elements

  • Develop your own leadership by engaging with the Resilient Leaders Development Programme (RLDP)

  • Learn how to set up Resilient Leaders Development Programmes for individuals, groups and teams and run analytics

  • Build a set of co-branded materials to use after accreditation
